A COMPLETE GUIDE ON HOW TO CREATE A MEANINGFUL LIFE

There is a study conducted that regret is something most old age people face, and that regret is – worrying a lot in their life. Worried about what if’s. What If I take risks and I fail? What If I quit my job and follow my passion and fail? What If I spend more time with my family but I have a Job? What if I do this and bad things can happen?create-a-meaningful-life

What if’s are great for hypothesis and science but it is not great when applied it in your life.

“What If’s” leads to constant worrying and that can make you weak, can make you ungrounded, stress, moody.

You cannot focus on the things you want to achieve, Your mind is clutter. So you think a lot and you don’t give space to think about the most important things. You have been paralyzed it means you don’t act and when you don’t act you don’t experience things and you don’t achieve anything.

Find What You Love to do that Makes You Excited.

oh boy, this is the hardest one for me. I have different passions when I was a first-year high school (composing songs, playing computer) then different from college (Photography and Film-making, marketing, Dancing, fitness and Personal Development).  After College (writing).

Having a lot of passion can make you overwhelmed. I don’t focus on any one of them I just jump to another whenever I feel like it. and this is the biggest mistakes I have done and this is what I need to tell you.

Find one thing that makes you excited, if you don’t know what you want to do or can’t find work that makes you excited. Gary Vaynerchuck says go explore, don’t just sit there strategizing and planning. Go and explore on many things and when something intrigues you and YOU ARE GOOD AT SOMETHING, go triple down on that.

So how did I chose? I just pick one for me it is writing Personal development. You can combine your passion just focus today or for the next year on one passion until it gets success then you can integrate any skills that you have.

Use the 80/20 rule. I use 80 of my effort writing and learning Personal Development and 20 of my effort to fitness, Film-making, and marketing.

Reach Your Dreams

it is not enough if you found your passion, I have seen this over and over again. I have a friend who is super skilled at basketball even though he is small. but when I ask him what is your goal with your basketball then he said: “nothing, I just do it and when I graduate I can focus on work and I’ll make more money and I’ll make basketball as my side hobby”.

He is already good at something and he is passionate about it. I remember he tells me that when he is in high school and it is lunchtime; he doesn’t eat his lunch and he played with his friends’ basketball every day and now he said me this that make it as his side hobby. f that!

So for you know what you are good at and triple down on that. As you triple on that don’t just make it as your hobby, go and create your business with that, go and document your progress on what you do, go and be known on what you want to do. Set Higher goals and be drive in achieving it. Even if you don’t achieve that. Les Brown quotes

how to Create a meaningful life

Be Generous

How to create a meaningful life? well, be Generous that’s it. It is the center of the idea. If you have more resources give, If you are knowledgeable then Teach!, If you want to be great; bring more value to the society, Help the poor.

What I would want to do if I have that money I would give my change to the beggars. and I plan to in the future to give my 10% of income to charity. but for now what I would do is this – I bring value to you I teach what I know and bring you closer to a meaningful life, not just becoming rich.

Just sit down and go to youtube and type in “meditation guide” no you can start. you will know when what you are doing is right when you don’t go to sleep and when you feel more and very relaxed.
