as I faced the real world. I studied so much personal development I can, I also binge watch a personal development and motivational video on Youtube, because I want to grow, become rich, be successful and make an impact on people. and I’m really really pumped right now.

But as the time goes on, all the personal development that I consumed makes me paralyzed. and to be honest, I did work but not that enough and I did not see any big results. for all the personal developments I consumed I didn’t even see myself grow exponentially.

So every time I’m asking myself where should I start? what should I do first? What are the things I should do after I graduate?

Luckily I found Gary Vee, Simon Sinek, Tony Robbins, Mel Robbins and others, I learned from them to see yourself in the future, but you got to work your face off and no excuses. And the first step in choosing your own direction is you got to have a Compelling Vision. and I’m going to share my research on how you can do that.

How To Create a Compelling Vision

our vision in the lens

Why You Need A Vision?

Microsoft CEO, Bill Gates, started off with a vision, that if they can make it usable you could have a PC on every desktop. and that was his vision – a PC on every desktop in the world.

But people started to say He’s crazy, the IBM heads were saying there’s no reason for anyone to have a computer at home. and within a couple of years, the business exploded because everybody want’s a computer at home.

If you don’t have a computer or any devices you’re like living in a stone age, right?! but all of this did not happen if Bill Gates did not have his vision. because that’s what he aimed for, and he know’s why he wants it. then he just took the first step until the vision is achieved.

But if Bill Gates had a different vision, his vision now is to create more money for himself, maybe the action that he’d taken is to just create a technology and sell it to the government, and not to the homes of people. See, your vision sets you where you will going to go in the future.

But Having no Vision at all can make you mediocre and stay the same for the next 20-50 years of your life.

How To Set A Vision

I got this from Robin Sharma which he said on his Youtube video, Create a Dream Collage which means take all take all the images of your ideal life or your dreams coming true, and glue them to a journal, wall, board or anywhere you want it to be glued.

Put everything you want, car that you want, work that you want, the people that you want, business that you want, the products that you want, the body you want and anything that your heart tells you that this is your vision.

The subconscious mind runs the 95% of your life and that subconscious mind operates through pictures, so use it to your advantage. once you start training your subconscious mind to focus on the visual life’s you want, then your performance starts to follow. and you know what steps to take first intuitively.

Use Your Imagination

Eric Thomas once said – “what imagination allows you to do, is it allows you to see it before it actually happens. Live in the forward it means live 10 years into the future 20 years into the future. and see yourself actually becoming the person you want to be.”

And what Eric Thomas Suggest is to Imagine Everyday – Imagine what you want and where you want to go, where do you want to be. Imagine solving the problems that occur. Imagine what would be next?

Jonathan Sprinkles said “Where the head goes the body follows, so if you get negative they’ll become negative if you stop believing they’ll stop believing,
if you can’t see the vision they never going to see the vision.”

Clarity Is Power

“The more clear you are about exactly what it is you want, the more your brain knows how to get there. When you condition it, it knows exactly what to go for it will find a way to get there. ” – Tony Robbins

Know what you want precisely. You got to know the specific result your after because if you set a general target you won’t achieve it.

Know WHY You’re Doing It

Once you got your vision

  • Ask WHY you want this?
  • What’s the purpose of my vision?

Some people want to become a millionaire, Some want to make an impact on the world, even want to become a social media famous. You got to ask Why you want this! (most important step)

You got to ask specifically what you want to happen and ask why you want it, to have an emotional drive to make it happen. If a man doesn’t have the reason why it’s not going to happen

Example for Clarity

What: A student specifically wants to pass this subject.
Why: Because if not, He will not be at a graduation ceremony and his parents would be upset.
Action: He’s going to stay all night studying and be the best learner of all time.

Massive Action

Iyanla Vanzant says Listen for the instruction instead of begging for the direction

  1. You got to have a Vision
  2. Ask Specifically what you want
  3. Know the reasons WHY you want it
  4. Use Your Imagination on where you want to be and how you’re going to do it.

Then as you Imagine Ideas starting to pop up. A lot of them. Know the reason why you’re going to get it then take MASSIVE ACTION. Having those vision only makes you procrastinate, so don’t think and think, DO!

You want to be an action-oriented and a risk-taker, that if you fail hundreds of post, hundreds of content, hundreds of ideas that executed, You still keep moving forward until your Vision comes true!

Your Intuition Knows what to do!
